Bill Dinan
Bill Dinan (Chairman)

As President of Telmetrics, the leading provider of call measurement solutions, Bill Dinan is responsible for driving the company’s overall growth in both digital and traditional media channels. Since joining the company in 1998, Dinan has played an integral role in establishing Telmetrics’ brand leadership in the local search industry and has led the company’s evolution from print-centric tools to multi-media, leads-based measurement solutions.

An accomplished executive for both print and interactive media, Bill has extensive experience working with local search publishers and agency partners to integrate call measurement solutions to support revenue growth. His strong strategy skills and C-level experience in various industries, including software and advanced technology products, have been strong drivers of the company’s key product innovations including cross-media ROI reporting and pay per performance measurement solutions.




Norm Hagarty
Norm Hagarty (Vice Chairman)

Norm brings an extensive background in marketing and advertising to DAC, having worked with some of the largest companies in North America such as Pepsi Cola, J. Walter Thompson, and Scott’s Hospitality. He became Managing Partner of DAC Group in January 2000 after joining in 1996 as President of DAC Canada. Norm has led DAC Group through a period of significant growth in both the print and digital sides of the business. His vision of a unified directional agency, focused on helping clients build their business through lead generation in both the print and digital arenas, led to the expansion of value-added services and the development of proprietary tools for DAC Group. His role modeling around passion, enthusiasm and curiosity has been instrumental in keeping the bar high in all facets of DAC’s business.

As a board member for the Local Search Association (formerly YPA), as well as a member of the advisory council for the National Marketing Division (formerly ADM), and key contributor to various initiatives in the industry, Norm is a strong representative for DAC’s clients within the Directional Market space. He holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. He is the proud father of 4 children and lives with his wife, Joyce, in Aurora, Ontario. Norm is actively involved in his community and coaching amateur sports.





Sharon Sweeney
Sharon Sweeney (Secretary/Treasurer)

Ms. Sweeney has been in the industry over 29 years with national experience with agencies and Certified Marketing Representatives (CMRs).  Originally from Ohio and educated at the University of Houston, she began working at Ketchum Communications upon graduation.  She also worked with Bernard Hodes Telephone Marketing Services (Omnicom) prior to joining Nationwide over 20 years ago.

Over her 29 year career, Ms. Sweeney has served as an ADM Board member and treasurer.  She also has served on committee work from White Pages, operations to strategic planning within both the Local Search Association (formerly YPA) and the National Marketing Division (formerly ADM).

She also serves on the Advisory Council for the Local Search Association National Marketing Division.







James Continenza

James Continenza, Executive Chairman of the Board, has served as a senior executive turning around underperforming businesses in a variety of industries. He is the former President of STI Prepaid, LLC and the former Interim Chief Executive Officer of Anchor Glass Container Corp, Inc. In both positions, Mr. Continenza developed a new strategic focus for each company's core competencies to achieve market and cost synergies. Mr. Continenza has served in senior leadership roles in turn-arounds at a number of other companies, including Teligent, Inc. Mr. Continenza currently serves as chairman of the boards of Hawkeye Renewables, LLC, Portola Packaging, Inc, Neff Rental, LLC and Tembec, Inc., and as a director of Anchor Glass Container Corp, Blaze Recycling, LLC and Rath Gibson, LLC. Additionally, he has served on the boards of directors of Rural Cellular Corp. (sold to Verizon), Maxim Crane Works (sold to Platinum Equity Partners II, L.P.), USA Mobility Inc., Microcell Telecommunications Inc. (sold to Rogers Wireless, Inc), and Arch Wireless Inc. Mr. Continenza holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.



Christopher Cummings

Mr. Cummings has over 25 years of industry experience in National Yellow Page Programs. He currently is the CEO and equity owner of Marquette Group, an advertising agency in Peoria, IL specializing in National Yellow Page Programs. Mr. Cummings purchased Marquette Group, the fifth largest CMR in the industry, in 1996. In 2004, he also became CEO and equity owner of USMotivation, an incentive awards and event management company based in Atlanta, GA.

Prior to becoming Marquette Group’s CEO, he held the position of President of Berry Network at The Berry Company for eight years. He worked at The Berry Company for 17 years total, including his nine years as Division Manager.

Mr. Cummings received his bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado. He is a founding member of the Association of Directory Marketing (ADM) and served as Chair for six years. He is currently a National Marketing Division (formerly ADM) advisory council member, as well as a Local Search Association (formerly YPA) board member.



Bob Gregerson

Bob Gregerson joined Yell in March 2011, and leads our Consumer Division that drives our focus on the convergence between consumer and small businesses. Since October 2011, Bob is also leading Yellowbook, Yell’s US business, as Chief Executive Officer. Bob is vastly experienced in the technology industry and in particular the consumer segment. Bob most recently led Cisco's Consumer Division efforts as Vice President of Americas Sales. Prior to Cisco, Bob was President of Polaroid Imaging Worldwide and President of PC Connection. Bob has additionally held senior management positions with Compaq, Digital Equipment Corporation and Panasonic.









George Hanna

George leads YP’s legal and public policy group. 

Most recently, he served in key leadership roles at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield. He joined Wellmark in August 2007, as Senior Vice President, General Counsel. In 2008, he was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer with overall accountability for Legal, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs.

In December 2010, George was named Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer and in August 2011, was named Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing. In August 2012, George was elected as a Director of Wellmark Health Plan of Iowa, Inc., an HMO incorporated in Iowa, and was appointed its Chief Executive Officer by the Company’s independent Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Wellmark, George was with BellSouth and later AT&T, Inc. in Atlanta, Ga., after its merger with BellSouth. During his 12-year career at BellSouth, he served in various roles, including Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, managing the legal affairs for the Advertising & Publishing Group, the Intellectual Property Group, and BellSouth’s international operations in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

George is a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and the State Bars of Iowa and Florida.

A native of Jamaica, W.I., George received his BA degree in Finance from the University of Miami where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude.

Peter McDonald

Peter McDonald comes to SuperMedia with tremendous depth of successful experience in the Yellow Pages directory advertising and publication industry and in its evolution, with more than 35 years in the industry. He began his career as a sales trainee with National Telephone Directory Company (NTDC) in New Jersey in 1973, one of the predecessor companies that are now SuperMedia. He was with NTDC for twelve years and during that time rose to Vice President – General Manager, before being recruited to join RH Donnelley (RHD) (now known as Dex One Corporation), where he was at various times responsible for its New York and independent markets, including Texas, California, Pennsylvania, Florida and Washington D.C. During his tenure at RHD, which began in 2002, he held several positions of increasing responsibility and was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of RHD in 2004, serving in that capacity until 2008.

McDonald’s career also included service as President and Chief Executive Officer of SBC Directory Operations from October 1999 to April 2000, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Ameritech Publishing’s Yellow Pages business prior to its acquisition by SBC in 1999, President and Chief Executive Officer of DonTech Publishing, a partnership between RHD and Ameritech Publishing, from 1993 to 1994 and Executive Vice President and General Manager of Donnelly Information Publishing from 1987 to 1993. McDonald has also served on a number of boards, including those of RH Donnelley Corporation, CMGI Inc., and the Yellow Pages Publishers Association, where he served as Vice Chairman.


Alfred Mockett

Alfred T. Mockett was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Dex One Corporation and to its Board of Directors in September 2010.

Mr. Mockett has more than 30 years experience in executive management and strategic decision-making at a number of leading technology, telecommunications and professional services companies.  Prior to joining Dex One, he served as Chairman and CEO of Corinthian Capital LLC working with private equity companies on a variety of projects, including broadband roll out for rural communities and inner cities under the 2009 stimulus bill.  He also served as Vice Chairman of the Wolftrap Foundation for the Arts and Trustee for the Committee for Economic Development.

Mr. Mockett also served as Chairman and CEO of Motive Inc, a leading provider of software management services to communications providers; as Chairman and CEO of American Management Systems, a global business and information technology consulting firm for the U.S. and state governments, financial services and communications industries; in various executive-management positions during 10 years at BT Group (formerly British Telecom), including oversight for several operating units including mobile, Yellow Pages, business and global communications and BT Ignite, data and broadband solutions for businesses; and as President of Memorex Telex, a global provider of information technology solutions.

Mr. Mockett graduated with honors from the University of London.


Marc Tellier

Marc P. Tellier is President and CEO of Yellow Pages Group, Canada’s largest directories publisher. He was previously President and CEO of Bell ActiMedia, a company acquired through the most important leveraged buyout in Canadian history. As head of Yellow Pages Group, Mr. Tellier completed the largest-ever initial public offering in the income trust sector in Canada.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Tellier was an officer of Bell Canada and served as Senior Vice President - Partnership Development. He was responsible for the launch of the first telco commercial high-speed Internet service in North America. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sympatico-Lycos, Canada's leading Internet properties.

Marc P. Tellier began his career at Bell Canada in 1990 after graduating from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. In less than a decade, he has become a key player in the expansion and transformation of the Canadian communications and media industries.

In 2000, Mr. Tellier was honoured for his leadership, vision, innovation, achievements and impact by being named one of Canada's Top Forty under Forty™. Mr. Tellier is a member of the board of directors of the Local Search Association (formerly YPA). He was president of the 2004-2005 Quebec Arthritis Society fund raising campaign for the small and medium-sized enterprises. He was also involved in the Banff Film Festival as a member of the Governor's Council and in United Way for the Greater Montreal Area.
